What is Key Club?
Key Club is a student-led community service organization for high schoolers. All Key Clubs are sponsored by Kiwanis International. Founded in 1925, Key Club has become not only the largest but also the oldest service organization for high school students in the world. Key Club's impact is felt worldwide, as there are now more than 5,000 clubs in 30+ countries. OHHS Key Club's mission is to serve the community of Oak Harbor, Washington.
AT OHHS KEY CLUB:
We participate in various service projects throughout the year to benefit the community. We also hold several fundraisers so that we can make our annual trip to DCON (District Convention) during Spring.
We meet every Monday at 6:00pm in the SUB of OHHS
Our faculty advisors is Ryan Wethall. Our officers are Kylie Hickam (President), Khryza Poula Castillo(Vice President), Gina Snyder (Secretary), Zavie Francisco (Treasurer), and Emily Javelo (Bulletin Editor/Webmaster).
